Has anyone else noticed this campus is a ghost town on weekends? It's pretty disheartening. Does it have to do with our atrocious school spirit?

i doubt that. most kids live fairly close to home, so they usually go home for the weekends. or if they want to do something special (ROAD TRIP! WOO!), it has to be weekends only. if it's still how it was when i was there, most big events were usually held on Thursdays, when it was guaranteed most students would be there. now if you held it on a Friday afternoon, that was a gamble since most kids would already be gone after their last class was over.

Speaking of Ghost Towns.....
Wow how the once mighty LU has fallen.....Sad, but maybe since my day it is no longer needed.
As to Lipscomb on the weekends...it has always been like that. Most people flee to the world for some fun. I did everything I could to get the hell out of Dodge when the weekends came. It was the only taste of freedom I could get.
Is there anyone else out there? Or is their another forum for the LU somewhere?
